That was excellent. Well worth the trip. Great place, great course and very well organised. No matter how bad 5 & 6 were for me I throughly enjoyed it. The only negative was when I finished I felt like I hadn’t even warmed up. Average HR 114. Hope there’s more climb tomorrow.

Flight cancelled. managed to get on one out of Montrose in the morning that'll get me there around midnight. Should have just cancelled on the whole thing as 70% chance of snow starting early tomorrow. Hopefully everything will turn out ok and we smack Australia in the rugby.....which I'm going to miss.

Bit of cross training. Not been on the bike proper since Guisborough. Up to the Airport and back down through Aldisoro. Need to get on the bike more, as I really forgot how good it is. Pity this weekend the bike park shuts.
