Morning shuffle. Lovely temps due to the fires in CA and nearby here. Could barely see the sun. Knee is an 8/10 in pain. In fact there's issues from my lower back down to the knee.

Very Easy from house. Bewt of a morning. Knocked all doubles on the head this week. Might not take a rest day instead. Need to layoff the mileage.
Been given advice to layoff grains, BEER????!! and dairy to help the knee. Maybe I've been over doing the muesli so I'll cut it out. But it'll be traumatic.

Zero motivation to do anything at the moment. Went out for a quick blast after doing nothing all day. Must have heard about 15 coyotes on the Valley Floor.

Note
(rest day)

Not planned. Girls' had a sleepover. Then we hiked Elliott Mt. in the Rico Mountains. Great day. Found a plethora of new runs. These mountains are more Lakeland Fells than the rest of the San Juans which are more alpine. Still 12,300ft. Not as vertical and no extreme arĂȘtes. Lovely day. Knee seems tolerable.
