Week 3: Things are looking up. All seems good. Negative test result. (My neighbour sees the same physio and tested positive).
The infection rate will probably go up on Friday as the National Guard testing site had long lines out of Lawson Hill today.
Anyway, things are good. Three more weeks and I can walk maybe even jump on the turbo.

Total boredom. Outside looks amazeballs. The Mountain is busy making snow. Couple of people phoned to visit, but had to turn them away. No results, but 12 new cases in Telluride. (St. Mary's Hospital, Grand Junction is turning Telluride patients away. Montrose is close. If anyone gets in trouble here they'll be flown to Denver or out of state in the near future. I wonder how much that bill would be???).

Covid Test this morning.
The ongoing knee saga hasn't paused. Today I received a $3000 anesthesia bill. I promptly called and asked them to pick a different random number to bill me with. She asked what I meant? My response was "$3000 for 45mins work?" She then corrected me "Sir it was 2 hours and 1 min. I have it here!"
Things then turned sour. Me "Oh so $1500/hour is an acceptable rate? I don't know anyone that earns that much. Do you? Don't answer.....just send it to collections. You're not getting a penny....Thanks."
I later found out my friend works locums for them and they've agreed to bill me for $600. WTF. Healthcare in this country is as bad as it's politics. (Remember if you don't appreciate me bitching about your country I contribute considerable more money than the lad whose ruining your country.)

Read a bit of this month's CompassSport. Then spent 90 mins doing a couple of Bagness's O jigsaw puzzles. Binged on the history of ETA (deeply disturbing) on Amazon. Yep, I've never been so bored in all my life.
