Dropped bairns at Coonskin and walked/ran Valley Floor. Very little running involved. Just wanted to feel the mechanics of it. In the very near future I'm going to start Skating. The conditions here are very good.
NB. I watched Gamechangers last night and thought......lets go Vegan!!!
I woke this morning and thought WTF???? I couldn't even go three months without a beer so the thought of not having eggs and soldiers for breakfast ever again is just stupid. I now know what these anti-vaccination geniuses are going through. They must be thinking......"tomorrow I'll be brave and get that BS shingle jab" and wake up and think "holyshit, no way am I putting that toxic nonsense in me. Now where's my ciggies?"

Easy effort watching this morning's Sprints. (Planned to watch The Calcutta Cup.....after finding out the result I swerved that one). Quite tired by the end.
NB. Watched Kendal race at Purgatory this morning. Everything about it was fantastic. My first time at such a thing. It looked like all of UNH Alumni were there. Two got 41mins for 15k.
Another note, I ate terrible today.

3xVela Dr. Short, but Hard workout. First time on the bike outside since operation. Felt difficult. The Turbo set up needs fixing. Probably no biking next couple of days with snow forecast.
NB. Got medical results back. Only Zeus has better bloodwork. Very relieved.
