4x5mins (Nowhere near threshold). On the fat bike trail. Felt fantastic. This is the first real workout I felt was like a workout. Can't smile wide enough.

Out on Valley Floor with Brent. Fast snow!! Everything was great until I tweaked my knee getting out the car at the house. All is good. Just got to remember to not get complacent. I feel fat and lush.

Total R&R. Today was a day I should've been active. But it wasn't to be. Wasted the whole day trying to figure out HMRC tax return. Given up. The language used is ridiculous. They annoying thing is I don't owe anything. But I can't even figure out how to get to the numbers part. Just the residency cert was bamboozling.
