Supposed to do a 10k race. Woke up with sore pelvis. Slow shuffle from Lime. 15mins Stretching
NB. Took Eadie to Gunnison (where she played like Shearer. Singlehandedly smashed Crested Butte. Best she's ever played, proud dad.) Scouted Hartman Rocks afterwards. Best potential O area I've come across in CO. Going to run it this summer hopefully.

NB Got to say this Facebook stretching scam has totally fixed my pelvis. Feel much happier everyday. $80 well spent.
