15mins Steady, 15mins Hard. Vance after the Playoff Game. Bad weekend for football supporting. Only positive TüS Erndtebrück avoided double relegation. By two goals after being top at Christmas. Very poor.
Felt off still, But by the end of the day I'm feeling much more chipper.

2x10mins either side of 10mins Hills. Done close to the Church Retreat with Kendal (who smashed this).
Still struggling off the cold/virus. (Last night I had some stomach issues too. Probably off Ibuprofen/mucinex)
Of more concern is the op knee seems to be deteriorating rapidly. Running is fine.....after is agony. Previously I had good days. Now it's all the time. Started after the joint slid in the Columbia River terrain, Jnr Nats.
NB. Made breakfast for the Lads for FA Cup Day. Not the outcome I wanted. Bitterly disappointing.

Easy, to and from the Roastery. Down Goose TT, Two Rivers and up Keystone on the none river side. Completely toasted. Really tired.

NB. Been a rough few days in the Telluride Soccer saga.

The watch has been telling a lot of negative stuff the last 10 days. But for the first time this year it said UNPRODUCTIVE. True......I'm just spent. Completely knacked.

Hammys are fine. But I'm not doing great. (I've been a lot worse so no violins needed). Had big plans to run and orienteer with Kendal, but took a three hour nap instead. Banging headache and got more green stuff on me than Paddy's Day.
NB. I was DJ at The Roastery this morning. Should have seen those little kid's faces light up. Workplace moral never been so high.

Slow Easy plod on goose to Sunshine Peak trailhead and back. Feeling wretched. Headache from coughing.
NB. Did something to my hammys cooling down. Need to monitor that.
