Have been doing two minutes or so of downward dog/regular calf wall-stretch every hour for the past four days. Been using an hourly alert on my watch!!! Seems to be helping my PF.

Francis and I headed down to Mud Lake to run some loops. Nice temp, some snow-covered sections slowed the pace a bit, but that was OK for my LSD run :)
