shoes: Salomon Speedcross 3

Ran Int course with Mary Ellen and Carolyn C. Then went with Andrew back up to Sh Adv start and first few control areas to try to find his SI. No luck! Added a few km of walking/jogging, though, and last bit was through a snow squall!
Great O-ing with the Connolly sisters. Learned a lot!

Dropped off card to Sandra's. Quick running along paved paths and roads. Stopped Garmin for ~25s at Sandra's house then resumed. Total time legit. Knee happy :)

Ran with Cathy B. for some of the training run to Brittania beach (flooded!) with the ORG. Ran a bit faster along the grassy, raised 140m 'lane' for 15 min with Tasha and Cathy, then ran back home at regular pace. Knee felt great!
