Hills at the cottage. Up and down Arrow Drive, amping it up on any hill I came across. Hot weather, so it was a bit of a tedious effort. Felt pretty good after about 4 km.
Julie's son's dog jumped up on me at around 4 km, which upset the flow a bit - doggie-slobbered arm and a scratched left calf. Sheesh!

3 km warm up and then a 5km brisk run along the SJAMP. Ran until the sunset faded. A good pace, considering it was a tough day at work.

Easy (?) run to get back on track. Still feel weak and achy from this damned virus, but at least I was able to get out for a run :)
