Very easy first run in three weeks. Still a bit wheezy - heavy feel in chest, hard to breathe. Coughed a bit here and there but nothing serious. It felt good to be out again for a run, even though the skies opened up and started a cold, windy rain. Good thing I wore a jacket and hat. It ain't September!

Walked home, backpack on back, and enjoyed every minute of moving on my own again. No coughing!

Classical stretch warm up plus knee exercises. Felt a bit weak afterwards, but no coughing. Yay!
