shoes: Merrell Ventilator-types

Wow! Intense raking and picking up leaves with vigour! Used it as a cross-training exercise. Lots of dynamic stretching and trot to the woods to dump recycling boxes of wet leaves and dead hosta stuff... So somewhat 'heavyish' loads at times. Worked until I was truly tired because I wanted to beat dusk's arrival. Felt good to get it done.

Great, breezy run to the white birch and back. Slippery surface due to styrofoam-pellet snow and freezing rain. The fresh air was SO good after a day in Toxico HS!
Did some knee exercises in the evening.

Nice run along the river to white birch and back. No coughing, but left lung felt a bit painful at around 4km. Nothing serious, though! Met up with Errol on Alpine and had a nice chat :)
Knees felt good, so I'm going to be more diligent about keeping up with the execises to keep 'em strong.
