Running 36:21 [3] 6.25 km (5:49 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel-Kayano 22

Brisk run to Duckie Point and back, trying to beat the sunset. Did 3x15s randomly placed stride pick-ups between 3.5-4.5 km marks. The cool, fresh air felt great, but I am coughing a bit this evening. Oh well.

Blah day so decided to go out running in the dark to match my mood. Briskish 4H loop managed to make me feel that I did one good thing for myself today. Fed the right wolf.

Running (Ice run on trails) 59:00 [3] 8.04 km (7:20 / km)
shoes: Salomon Speedcross 3

P7 meet at 9:00 with Coach Kawam's group. They went on forest trails H,T, and E, but I stuck to Ridge Road towards Keogan. Very very icy on the main path! Yikes, no spikes! I fell once, left cheek, good thing I have lots of padding LOL. Ran along the sides of the path on leaves, grass, and gravel where I could find it. Passed by lots of folks and their cute doggies. Passed Our Andrew just 1km shy of Keogan. The slippery conditions made for a gentle long run, so it was good for me. I got in my longest run in over a month - YAY!!!!
Back at the trailhead I did 5x75 m strides on the (non-slippery) road to stretch out a bit. Quads and adductors liked that.
Gorgeous sunny morning. Fresh air fantastic!
