Toronto run in warmish weather (10 degrees C!) with no snow! Wore light tights, long-sleeved active top, and headband. No gloves, no hat!
Ran down to Lawrence, then back to Beveridge. Two loops of Beveridge-Hatherton-Underhill-Beveridge, then down to Lawrence again. Back to Beveridge for two more loops, then down to Lawrence again, but this time I deeked around Roanoke to Monarchwood, then back along Underhill. Finished with one lap of the Milneford JHS grass-track. Walked home from Milneford.
Took about 5km before I felt in the groove. Felt sluggish due to sitting, travel, etc. The run perked me up! Did some stretching and yoga poses afterwards.
