Running (LSD) 53:09 [3] 9.0 km (5:54 / km)
shoes: Asics Nimbus 19

Really pleasant session. Started with a Fit 450 basic warmup, then did a 4H loop. After the oval, I did 3 x Connaught-Severn-Arkell-Henley-Connaught-full oval loop. Alternated direction each time. Did three sets of As after a 200m walk for recovery. Very nice day for a run: 3 degrees C, overcast, hardly a wind, bare/wet roads.

Strength & Stretch 45:00 [3]

Great session! Good focus and good results. Did some plantar fascia stretches afterwards. Love my playlist:)

Running 52:36 [3] 8.5 km (6:11 / km)
shoes: Asics Nimbus 19

RALF workout Lincoln Fields/Regina ‘hood: 3 sets of big-loop-walk-small loop-walk-walk. Jog there and back to FRPark starting point. Nice intervals with Marketa and Cathy :)
Left foot was manageable (took an Aleve before workout). Stretched my calves back home. Danged plantar fasciitis! Timing is a bit off due to stops and starts kerfluffles.

Walking 52:00 [3] 5.39 km (9:39 / km)
shoes: Saucony Excursion 11 Gortex

Still feeling under the weather so did a briskish walk on the 4H loop. Cold symptoms hit yesterday aft. Took a nap before walking Hazel and still managed to sleep 11.5 hours last night! I’m fighting off some sort of virus. Will I win?

Strength & Stretch 15:00 [3]

Did a basic Fit450 to get things going before heading out for supply teaching 1 pd at 9:00. Feel quite tired after a late night at SWEET last night. I hope I won’t pay for standing in the cold outside Bushtukah for 15-20 min before they let us in - LATE!:(
