Warm sunny morning - gorgeous! Ran along the SJAM and kept to the grass quite a bit. Felt tired during the whole run and wondered if the 16 km I did over Wed/Thurs took a bit too much out of me (?). Did a quick Fit450 as a warm up before the run, and felt tired then too.

First Thursday Oing Practice session. Sprint maps at Algonquin College area. I did two of the advanced maps with 16 controls each, and found all of the controls. Didn’t fall into any traps (and there were some of those all right!). Worked on route choices and trying to be efficient. Only did two of the three maps because it was getting dark. Have switched my thumbpass over to the left hand... not sure if that’s going to work out for me, though. Running aspect was very good for me in my Excursions! Yay!

RALF workout: warm-up jog from FRPark to 4H road @ bikepath, then thru little woods and back. W/O: 2 x 1km 4H oval + 30s rest, then 4 x little forest trek w/ harder effort back ( different run-back path each time) then 1 x oval w/60s (s/b 30s) + 1 x oval in opposite direction. Jog back to FRPark

Quick Fit450 warm-up (no running on spot, though), then full 4H loop, stop at Elmhurst /Ivanhoe and walk rest of way.
Nice rainy-wet day, pleasant temp. (~zero) and I got a break from the rain during my run :)

Good session, woke me up. Still feel the p.f. in the left foot, but I’m working on it!
