RALF workout: From FRP, jog to Elmhurst park + 2 Elmhurst woods loops with triangle field and back along Henley/Alpine, then jog to FRP field to do 4 x 80 m strides on the grass. Stretching followed, then the ‘heart’ of the workout: 2 x figure 8 loop, using FRP cultivated section and large loop of woods trail. 30s in between. Then 3 x 400m street loop, with 30s rest. Didn’t do the last two figure 8s as I ran (haha) out of time. Left foot plantar fasciitis was killing me. Really painful. Iced when I got home, stretched, and took 1 Aleve + 1 xs Tylenol so I could sleep without pain! did the workout section with Daniella.
