Much-needed stress-reducing run.

Strength & Stretch 40:00 [3]

The usual, with some yoga poses thrown in. No Rita bends, as left arch is still tight, with crinkly bits felt in the ball of the foot when I massage it. :/ Rogaine remnants.
Did wall half-sits instead of the knee bends.
Me tired.

Really nice run to the Lego building marker and back. Felt great! Nice cool temp with a bit of spitting rain, but very pleasant to be outside. Eric Kemp and I greeted each other around my 3.5 km mark :)
So happy that my foot is continuing to recover :) :) :)

Cycling (MTB) 49:56 [3] 14.5 km (3:27 / km)
ahr:129 max:161 shoes: inov8 Roclite 275

Really fun ride on Judy in the Mordor corridor. Took as many little grass trails off the bike path as I could find. Great fun! Thanks to Tash for letting me borrow her ride :)
Summer-like day: sunny, 17 C, bit of a Westerly head wind.

Running 36:24 [3] 6.25 km (5:49 / km)
shoes: ASICS Gel Kayano 26

Nice briskish run to DP and back. Cool and overcast - perfect!
It was great wearing cushy running shoes again. It was like having front suspension for my feet - and my hips were happy!!
No more Icebugs for awhile!

Volunteered at registration for the MTB-O at Larose Forest. Driving downpour all day, but all was good under the shelter near P7 :) The participants were happy on the trails and came back mud-covered but smiling. Two people came up from the States (Delaware and NY), so it was an international event haha!

29 hearty people turned up to take to the trails, which were reported as EXCELLENT! Francis enjoyed his Short Course on Adrian T's bike (!), and we both want to come back to try out these trails more extensively on mountain bikes. So... now we gotta buy MBs and the gear to go with 'em!!!
