1 PM

Classical Stretch 1:05:00 [3]

CS/XBX mash-up, so lots of everything. Have to keep an eye on that left rotator cuff, so keep up the weights exercises!!!

Thursday Jan 16 #

12 PM

XC skiing (Classic) 57:23 [3] 7.8 km (7:21 / km)
ahr:81 shoes: Solomon Vitane Combi Pilot

Nice classic ski with Francis south from P5, then east along the Champlain Pkwy for a bit before turning around. Gorgeous new snow with a bit of a crust, freshly-groomed trails (we had ‘virgin’ tracks on the way back!), and big snow flurries in the midst of shy sunshine at one point. A Winter Wonderland :)
GP site recommended blue extra, but I was fine with the remains of my violet wax from the last outing.

Tuesday Jan 14 #

Have been doing two minutes or so of downward dog/regular calf wall-stretch every hour for the past four days. Been using an hourly alert on my watch!!! Seems to be helping my PF.
1 PM

Running 55:07 [3] 9.01 km (6:07 / km)
ahr:83 max:94 shoes: ASICS Gel Kayano 26

Francis and I headed down to Mud Lake to run some loops. Nice temp, some snow-covered sections slowed the pace a bit, but that was OK for my LSD run :)

Sunday Jan 12 #

1 PM

Classical Stretch 1:05:00 [3]
ahr:90 max:108

CS plus some extra knee exercises and yoga poses thrown in. Finished with calf rolling to Xmen First Class!!
