XBX Fit 450 Program 55:00 [3]

Slightly faster session so I could walk the dog on time! Held yoga poses for shorter periods. Still blah.

Note
(sick)

Feeling ill. Monitoring...
3 PM

Running 35:28 [3] 6.0 km (5:55 / km)
shoes: ASICS Gel Kayano 26

Icky run. Felt tired, hard to breathe, got heart palpitations at around 4.5 km. Was planning to do an easy 8km, but had to shorten it. Yuck. Late night last night watching the Pres Deb may have been the culprit. I hope that’s all it is!!!!

12 PM

Running intervals (Hilltervals) 36:34 [4] 6.25 km (5:51 / km)
shoes: ASICS Gel Kayano 26

Warm-up run to S-head loop, then 4 x (300m up hill + 200m recovery run to complete the loop). Kept the wee ‘surges’ to 90s. RHAH!!! Sweat beads on my legs when I finished!!
2.25 km easy jog back home. Best kph: 5:03

Sunday Sep 27 #

10 AM

Yard work 1:03:54 [3]
shoes: Merrell Moab

Major cedar hedge trimming, so ‘weight-lifting’ that danged hedge trimmer for an hour to reach up high :(
Got my shoulders nice and lactate-filled for the afternoon’s cycle. BAD planning, girl!
12 PM

Cycling 1:30:50 [3] 30.2 km (3:00 / km)
ahr:110 max:145 shoes: Shimano WR61 clip-ins

Easy city loop with Francis: Mordor-Farm-Locks-Canal-UofO- ORR pit-river path home. Breezy headwinds and a bit muggy; warm! Very pleasant outing, in spite of some areas being quite busy.
