Icky run. Felt tired, hard to breathe, got heart palpitations at around 4.5 km. Was planning to do an easy 8km, but had to shorten it. Yuck. Late night last night watching the Pres Deb may have been the culprit. I hope that’s all it is!!!!

Warm-up run to S-head loop, then 4 x (300m up hill + 200m recovery run to complete the loop). Kept the wee ‘surges’ to 90s. RHAH!!! Sweat beads on my legs when I finished!! 2.25 km easy jog back home. Best kph: 5:03
