Another interval-type session, this one a bit more traditional:
7 x 500m run with ~200m brisk walk to start, between runs, and after. Can still feel the virus effects in my chest, so still under a ‘sick’ tracking. Cool, rainy day along the SJAM bike path, and it felt nice!
