Conc-head kept me awake the last two nights. Handling that with Tylenol. No more virtual meetings and extended screen work for awhile.

Gorgeous, warm (18C), sunny day. Rode on Brava with Francis out to the warm museum, where we did several figure 8s on the road in front of the museum. Felt strange-familiar being on my Bianchi again. It’s still a nice machine! Keeping the leaf litter out of DiNA’s chain in these last few fall biking days :) Both bikes 2B cleaned and stored for the season within the next few days.
Still having some conc headaches, which crept up again over the last two days after too much screen work. Fresh air helped a bit.

Brisk run along the river to monitor conc-head issues. Seemed to he OK until about 5 km. 5:55, 5:47, 5:34, 5:36, 5:42, 5:36.

Snowy day! Took it easy on the bike path to DP and back. Lots of snowy-icy patches which I circumvented or tip-toed through carefully. Temp hovered around zero; Sun was trying to peek out!

Impromptu BRick workout today! Nice way to usher in November :) Chilly, damp, overcast day with a bit of a wind. Not a bad temp (6C).

November 1 ride with Francis out to the War Museum and back.
Very chilly wind; fingers frozen until I picked up the pace at around 10km. Busy, busy, busy on the bike path, so some significant slow-downs. I guess it was good for practising sprint starts after waiting to pass :D
My toes were numb at the end, even with the Toe Things on. Winter is definitely coming...

Well this turned out to be faster than I thought it would be! Must have subconsciously decided to work off the Hobgoblin pints and choco treats from last night! Fastest km was 5:37, followed by 5:40.
Brisk run to Duckie Point in the spitty rain, with a wicked headwind ALL the way back (ruuude!). Knees felt nice and warm from the biking, but left hip was shouting my name by about 5 km. Hmmmm....maybe a Hobgoblin can help ....?
