Crisp, breezy morning.

For conc-head relief. Helped a bit.

Thursday Nov 12 #

8 AM

Running 36:09 [3] 6.01 km (6:01 / km)

Orienteering 53:10 [3] 3.4 km (15:38 / km) +34m 14:54 / km
ahr:84 max:113 shoes: Merrell Moab

Easy ‘Walkienteer’ with Tash and Hazel on the Andrew Haydon Park MapRun course + just walking around the park afterwards to give Hazel a good stretch. Lots of Tricks FOR Treats along the way :)

Tuesday Nov 10 #

11 AM

Strength & Stretch 1:00:00 [3]

Full session. Did Warrior closer to the beginning just to see how that panned out. Fine!

Monday Nov 9 #

8 AM

Running 36:12 [3] 6.0 km (6:02 / km)
ahr:144 shoes: ASICS Gel Kayano 26

Easy run to DP and back. Ended up being very warm day; overdressed since it was a cool start and was roasting by about 3k!!! Conc head hit about an hour after I finished :(

Sunday Nov 8 #

10 AM

Cycling 1:14:58 [3] 27.06 km (2:46 / km)
ahr:114 shoes: Shimano WR61 clip-ins

Very busy along the BPath!!! Went with Francis to the War Museum, did a 5km speedier ‘interval’ around the telophase loop, then went back. ( “Mitosis: the biological concept in which division means multiplication”.)
Lots of potatoes on the path, so more practice with slow-downs and sprint-starts. Sunny, warm day! Still wore my Toe Things, as it was a cool start to the ride.
