Test run. Felt pretty good! Perfect morning: cool (2C), sunny, westerly breeze for cooling down on the way back. Needed the even, sure footing of the rec path. Maybe next week I’ll try a trail run or two.

With Francis, over to the Aylmer Marina and back… most of the way. Took a tumble just W of Champlain Bridge. Thank goodness my knight in shining helmet (AFK) was with me! XO!
Me and DiNA were damaged and are now in need of repair. Our wonderful daughter came and rescued me in her chariot and brought me home.
