Frank Ryan Park and Environs Rogaine event designed by Sheldon. Great fun! Thanks so much, Sheldon!!! Took us all over the greater area of the QTN/Bay Ward neighbourhood. After getting Mike R’s helpful advice (thanks Mike!) in fixing a glitch with MapRun6 on my phone, I was able to participate :) although I started about 27 minutes after the rest of the group. Made some good route choices and had fun seeing others out on the course. Perfect running weather: 4C, overcast, no wind.

Wonderful lunch with the fam, and with Marketa joining us as well to enjoy tons of pizza provided by Tash and Robbie - thank you for the yummy treat that helped us re-fuel :) Marcy is now an official 1/2 Marathon distance runner! Wow!!!!

Fun hike with Marketa up in Kingsmere (P7 to Keogan and back). Great conversation during perfect hiking weather: 4C (-2C feel), sunny breaks, and a beautiful snow squall on the last leg.

Nice ‘n’ easy run after visualization. Felt good. Met up with Morten O at the Carling ramp, and we ran together to the Woodroffe beach underpass. Nice to catch up on his family news.
Did a skip-diddly-oo around the ‘hood to cap off the 6k distance.
Perfect time for running, with a nice -2C feel, the sun starting to set, and the almost-full-moon on the rise :)

Brisk walk along the river with Francis, then 5X XC dry land bounding up FRP hill with poles.
Nice to see snow on the ground this morning!!!
