Core Circuit + TRX 30:00 [3]

Took the kids swimming today, too, and I decided to swim 200m to benchmark for the LSG triathlon. It shows that I haven't swam in a few years:<

Cloudy, 16 C. Perfect running weather today.
Felt a little muscle soreness today - I think from charging up those hills in Gatineau park on Tuesday night.

Orienteering race (Score-O) 54:38 [3] ** 6.0 km (9:06 / km)
spiked:17/20c shoes: Salomon SpeedCross 4 CS

Score-O with Natural Fitness Labs as our regular Ottawa OC RALF training.
Controls were fairly easy, but I still managed to mess up a few, and there was one that I never did find. I managed 20 of 27 controls for a score of 100, which was decent. Ended up 9th of about 46 starts.
No idea how far I ran. Still need to get one of those high tech watches (I stuck in 6km just to track shoe wear).
