Stop Sign O Course in the Woodpark neighbourhood. Jay, Freya and Clara all came out. The ladies did the short course, and the gents, the long.
Cold, but lots of fun.
New running shoes were great right out of the box. Quite cushy, warm with the Goretex and excellent grip with the studs. Already impressed with them.
Nanaimo bars capped off the perfect night! Thanks, fkawam.
