Pretty decent last couple of months, now starting to up my training and run further per week. Will have a couple of hard weeks, slightly disrupted by going to Berlin for 3nights. Then an easy week tapering till JK. An easy week then World Schools

Exmouth Parkrun

Started hard cause the aim the was to get a PB, Probobly went too hard, too early. At about 3k completely burnt up not helped by an unexpected headwind. Lessons to be learnt from this. Also average hr but squewed because for the first k it was working.

Really pleased with this session, hopefully can get to Exmouth Parkrun this Saturday and put down a decent time. Stomach feeling weird towards the end,might have something to do with me eating lunch at 11am and not eating anything after due to a school football tournament.
