Note

Tbh think I just have a massive bruise on my knee rather than any injury :)

QOFL Staple Hill
Such a shit area- awful map and horrible overgrown boggy forest

Made a few mistakes but mostly good nav- took it slow cause of my knee,
fingers crossed it will be okay for the weekend

Note
(injured)

Don’t think I have ITBS but it probably is Petellaformal pain syndrome. Not sure if running tomorrow see how knee is. If I have to wont run till JK

Running 31:09 [3] 7.07 km (4:24 / km) +89m 4:09 / km
ahr:166 max:184 (injured) shoes: New Balance Fresh Foam Zante 3

Planned to have an easy run, but wanted to see how my knee coped at a faster pace-it was fine, so it turned into a steady run.
Think I might have ITBS so I guess I just have to stretch and ice. Not running tomorrow so hopefully it will get better
