failed xc session
was gonna run on the big flat field near the river but then like 20dogs rocked up as i finished my WU so said fuck this and went to the the other field. Most of the field was fenced off for sheep so had the steep corner but to run on-not ideal. First 1km went fine but everything was tired and calves were in pieces probs cause i was spikes for my whole track session on Thursday. Did most of the 2nd rep but was dead so just called it a day, not point overdoing it if i feel shit.
