Canberra Times Fun Run - not too sure how I actually made it. Just cracked 54mins

Pippa did an intervally session in terrain (not very well!) with Andy so Nat, Stace and Hannah did an easy jog around the extended farmhouse loop.

DS Hills with Stace, Luke, Kerrin, Andy, Nat and Scotty.
Not bad 68, 66, 69, 68, 66 with jog rec.

Quick rip around farmhouse loop with Nat who then went out for a birthday dinner. Got massively attacked by the plovers on cook oval so won't be going that way for a while. They are much scarier than maggies. Very tired from mountain biking still..

Over Gossan hill, bruce ridge then into black mountatin and through kangaroo paddock with Nat and Stace. Those two were both pretty slow - probably tired from their mountain bike adventure yesterday.

Pippa only can on the warmdown 10 mins as she was banned from doing DS hill cause there were too many people.

5 x DS hill 64, 63, 65, 66, 74 with jog rec. Faster set ever except for the last one in which I blew up.

Cook blob although the first half wasn't very blobish. Pippa had Searlo's hill surge covered and controlled the pace at the front well. Pretty good turn out acejase, searlo, stace, brucie and nat

NSW champs..got bored on to the way to 1, then ended up at 3 before 2 - I didn't realise it was 1:10 and I wasn't really concentrating. Pulled out at 5. Poor effect really. Lost my bet to Jase had to give him sympathy all afternoon as he had to run such a looong way

Easy jog with Nat, Stace and Serlo. We were just about to leave D's house when Stace's on call mobile rang - bummer. So in the end it was only Nat and Serlo.
