Paddock intervals. We did 3 doubles in 2.13 - 2.15 with 1 min rest and then 4 x singles 1.01 downhill and 1.06 - 1-08 uphill with 45 sec rec. Felt qutie good

Andy banned me from intervals tonight cause he said too many people (Acejase, Mace, Stace, Luke, Scotty, Nat and Andy) were going and I would get in the way. Nat took me for a small jog after doing her dog shit hill intervals.
5 x 68 - 73sec with jog rec Stace was back from hols and hence these were much faster than last week.

Nat ran with Stace and Dave around the Classic loop plus extra in black mountain then picked me up for the last 20mins around the back of cook.

Over Gossan Hill, Bruce Rdige into Black Mountain down to Rani Rd across to Kangaroo Paddock dip in the dam and then back along the fenceline with Nat.

First time up dog shit hill. Ran with Nat, Andy and Mace. Couldn't really decide who to run with so I just hung around in the middle.

With Nat, we ran the Kangaroo loop via the high track in black mountain and got to go swimming in the dam.

This arvo I have to lie on the couch and supervise Nat while she completes an assignment (the 3rd last one ever!)

Ran Paddock intervals x 8 with Nat. I was generally speedy. Nat seemed to struggle on the uphill interval probably tired from hills the other night. She said she was looking forward to a massage today! Up 70 - 73sec and down 58 - 62 with 45 sec rec.

As Andy stayed home today we went running at lunchtime up Mt Painter. Nat had to run by herself after work around the classic loop. She was quite excited when she came back as she said it didn't get dark until passed halfway.

Wasn't allowed to go to hills with the others (Nat, Andy, G and Mace) cause they stayed at G's for dinner. Apparently they ran up G's Farrer Hill - quite a biggy - 6 x 80sec with jog recovery.

Orienteering 1:09:00 [4] 9.1 km (7:35 / km)

As no dogs are allowed at orienteering I had to settle for playing frisbee in the park (which actually is my favourite past time apart from chasing the birds in the backyard!)

Orienteering was at Picaree Hill and Nat couldn't stop complaining (along with everybody else) about how steep it was.

I actually got to run with Andy for 50ish min while Nat dropped Stace and Dave off at the airport and Duffy at his holiday unit. Nat ran later around long Pinnacle loop.

No run today as Nat and Andy had to go the the theatre to see Porgy and Bess. I did manage to get a short play in the local park chasing the frisbee.

Small run to the post box and back. Made a bit of noise in prostest when the others (nat, andy, gareth, jase and stace) left me behind. I suppose someone has to lie on the couch.
Intervals up the 'steep' hill adjacent belco way x 8 (38 - 41 sec with jog rec).

How much fun was today. I got to run around Weston Park with Nat & Andy, and jump onto the lake every once in a while. Then after the run spent a while lying in the sun at The Yarralumla Cafe
