NSW champs..got bored on to the way to 1, then ended up at 3 before 2 - I didn't realise it was 1:10 and I wasn't really concentrating. Pulled out at 5. Poor effect really. Lost my bet to Jase had to give him sympathy all afternoon as he had to run such a looong way

Easy jog with Nat, Stace and Serlo. We were just about to leave D's house when Stace's on call mobile rang - bummer. So in the end it was only Nat and Serlo.

Easy jog with Stace and Nat around farmhouse and down to the underpass.

Paddock intervals. We did 3 doubles in 2.13 - 2.15 with 1 min rest and then 4 x singles 1.01 downhill and 1.06 - 1-08 uphill with 45 sec rec. Felt qutie good

No time for a real run so just played frisbee down the park before Nat and Andy went to Punjabi Hut for Mel's 30th.

running hills 58:00 [4] 10.0 km (5:48 / km)

Andy banned me from intervals tonight cause he said too many people (Acejase, Mace, Stace, Luke, Scotty, Nat and Andy) were going and I would get in the way. Nat took me for a small jog after doing her dog shit hill intervals.
5 x 68 - 73sec with jog rec Stace was back from hols and hence these were much faster than last week.
