Ran to school with girls on their bikes. Ended up at Aranda Oval for 4 x 500m with 1min rec (2.20, 2.12, 2.22, 2.09) followed by 4 x 20sec with 10sec rec. My right lateral mid calf is sore which I think is from my back as it didn't hurt in the interval but heaps after during the rest of my day off.
