Running 1:27:14 [1] 13.99 km (6:14 / km) +457m 5:21 / km

Firehut loop with M&M. Chilled, but legs very tight and twitchy. Feeling quite pap but hopefully will be good later for a bit of MP effort.
Very glad I didn't do Helderberg.

Running 1:04:14 [3] 15.99 km (4:01 / km) +163m 3:49 / km

10km MP sort of effort (3:45ish) on 'tired' legs - going around tokai forest.
Feeling decent, got easier the last few kms as I loosened up a bit. Breathing pretty chilled, and nice that it could feel that smooth on an off-road route.
Foot feeling 100s again in the Saucony's at a decent pace.

Vineyards. Decent pace, but feeling good and getting some road legs back.

To Alphen and then the greenbelt loop. Feeling decent, nice rhythm and relaxing the upper body well. Calf a bit iffy but fine. Stomach almost right

Short one to test the stomach. Okay but still uncomfortable. A few strides to get the legs moving again

Greenbelt tempo - to tokai, around, and back.
Legs felt a lot better than expected, and became easier to hit a pace as it went on. Quite uncomfortable with the stomach but otherwise could have done a bit more without an issue. HR average 170 and pretty consistent.
Stride felt decent and was able to keep it smooth and relaxing the upper body to allow proper counter-rotation.

Didn't feel the foot at all! Unbelievably happy, first non-trail run this year where that's been the case. Now I just have to not get lazy and keep getting it better.
