Greenbelt tempo - to tokai, around, and back.
Legs felt a lot better than expected, and became easier to hit a pace as it went on. Quite uncomfortable with the stomach but otherwise could have done a bit more without an issue. HR average 170 and pretty consistent.
Stride felt decent and was able to keep it smooth and relaxing the upper body to allow proper counter-rotation.
Didn't feel the foot at all! Unbelievably happy, first non-trail run this year where that's been the case. Now I just have to not get lazy and keep getting it better.
