Plan was 5 x 1km @ 3, but was pretty gone after 2 reps and just no way it was gonna happen.

Not what I'd planned, but at the end of the day still managed to work hard and was good to get in some faster pace stuff. Haven't run that sort of speed for a 400 in a long, long time. Hopefully the stride starts to come back soon to be able to do that sort of pace a bit more comfortably, as it's still feeling very forced and difficult
