Running 42:55 [2] 10.1 km (4:15 / km) +134m 3:59 / km

Tokai and back. Quick pace, just feeling really smooth after the gym beforehand. Achilles felt a lot better today.
Enjoyed the recovery week, back to the grind tomorrow :)

Nursery loop again, but at a pretty solid effort. First 4km steady to warm up. Pretty hard up Nursery but legs were tired so nothing amazing. And then keeping the pace decent for the whole downhill at 3:30ish.

Keen to give this loop a full-go one day and try run like 55 or so

First time at gym in a good 8 years haha. Working on fixing these calves and hammies. Also maxed the leg press machine just for my ego.
10min cycle warm up.

Running 1:19:22 [2] 10.92 km (7:16 / km) +589m 5:43 / km

Nursery loop with Nolan. Just a ridiculously stunning run, including a Tahr sighting that let us get really close.
Forgot how much I enjoy that loop.
Hammies a bit sore on the downhill from gym

Tokai loop. Really nice run, must do this loop more often for easy days. Good rhythm and pace. Achillles a bit sore but faded

Orangekloof loop with the group. Energy fine, but lacking any rhythm after two days off. Achilles a bit sore at first but then settled

Cycling 1:36:42 [3]

Jonkers loop with Marco. First hour into a crazy headwind and/or uphill. Pretty hard effort for most of this, and climbing really well today.
Last 40 pretty chilled going back with a few hard surges.

Body feeling pretty good from a day off
