Hilly tempo - to top gate and looping back. Solid 3.5km climb to start the run which was pretty tough.

Had meant to do a flat 10km @ 3:20ish with Dyl but he had to bail, and wasn't in the mood for that sort of run alone so wanted to rather do the same effort but with some variation.

Went a lot better than expected, and felt particularly good on the climbs. Avg pace way better than I'd hoped for. Definitely was a pretty hard effort, but still had another gear left in me at the end.

Legs definitely starting to feel a bit more springy again and closer to normal. Calves a bit tight afterwards though.

Muizies run with Bibs and Dyl. Legs feeling ok but definitely a bit weird - lacking a bit of coordination.
