Aborted pyramid session (123321).
I had some stiffness in the legs starting the warm up but it seems to ease off so I started the session and it was ok but I could feel tightness building up in the back of one of my calf. I carried on and finished the first pyramid, started the second set but that tightness in the lower leg was getting worse and painful so I decided to stop there and jog back. Ran for a little but the jog was getting too painful too so walked the rest back.
The pain in the lower leg is just about bearable and I've been limping since then, it hurts too much to put weight on it. Gutted
