Found a way to sweat - happy days! It hurts if I try to stand up or push on the pedals too much but spinning at low resistance is fine, so tonight was easy but I could make it harder by increasing my cadence at low resistance. 16k

Still really sore, still can't walk properly. Messaged James and he said to off load for a few days, try cycling if it doesn't hurt. He also said stress fractures there are unlikely (febula) but I've heard that before about the femur.
I've got an appointment with him on the 6th (he was fully booked today and Monday).

Aborted pyramid session (123321).
I had some stiffness in the legs starting the warm up but it seems to ease off so I started the session and it was ok but I could feel tightness building up in the back of one of my calf. I carried on and finished the first pyramid, started the second set but that tightness in the lower leg was getting worse and painful so I decided to stop there and jog back. Ran for a little but the jog was getting too painful too so walked the rest back.
The pain in the lower leg is just about bearable and I've been limping since then, it hurts too much to put weight on it. Gutted

Easy lunch run with Julie, running against some wild wind but warmer weather. Glutes slightly stiff from last night.

Metro 30min continuous hills with wu & cd.
Legs felt rather good tonight actually and I felt less congested too. Pushed on the uphills and eased off on the downhills, the session felt pretty comfortable.

Finally got a long sleep in! Cold still there but head not feeling foggy. Eye ok, seeing blurry still but better than yesterday.
