Mixed trail road running 1:11:39 [3] 16.5 km (4:21 / km) +302m 3:59 / km

Longer run along the Shooting greens loop (also known as the dragon loop for obvious reasons). Nice morning for it, a little cold but dry. After the initial couple of uphill sections there is a fair bit of downhill (pretty much all the way back actually) and the legs started ticking over a bit quicker than easy pace but I thought I'll keep that going as aerobically it was still easy.
My inside shins on the left side have been a bit sensitive the last few days, but to be honest they've always been a bit sore for as far as I can remember. Also felt some tightness behind the ankle on the right side (same as after the moderate run last thursday) but I only felt it towards the end and it's very minor.

Run up to the top of Peter hill and back down easy. No walking at all on the way up!! I was chasing the uphill segment... Only to find out that the damn watch would decide to delete my run later on... Raging!! Anyway, took about 30min to get to the top after the warm up (and probably as much coming back down... woops!)

Run up Scolty with Robbie and Calum as he wanted to interview Robbie up there and I thought I would tag along for the run.

Mixed trail road running 35:24 [3] 8.61 km (4:07 / km) +92m 3:54 / km

Imported from the Suunto I borrowed from Robbie.
Easy ish first km then picked up the pace (mainly to warm up as I found it a wee bit cold outside) and ran steady (probably a bit harder than I would have wanted but I'm struggling to find my 'moderate' pace) and last 600m easy/cool down.
Legs feeling good and fairly bouncy, just noticed a stiff right ankle towards the end. Probably should do a bit of foam rolling as I haven't done any for the past two weeks...

Back at work... easy lunch run with Julie around hazlehead! Feels cold here now despite being a nice day!
Legs (feet and ankles) looking a lot better than last night, they were a lot swollen following the travelling but that's gone now.

Final day (and run) in paradise :'( Pre-brekkie
First 30min with Robbie along the seafront, on some grassy fields then to the Botanic garden then half way up the hill and back along the river, passed the accommodation and a bit more along the sea front. Another warm day so stopped a few times for water (then God they've got water fountains about everywhere).
Took a good 30min for the legs to get going (still asleep!) but felt good afterwards, tried to pick up the pace on the last bit along the seafront. No idea what pace it was though as still no watch, just the phone to know how long I've been running.
