Road Cycling 5:54:00 [3] 85.7 mi (4:08 / mi)
ahr:130 max:165

The best ride of the year. Felt good. Infinit Go Far worked great. Started warm, got hot as hell and finished the last 6 miles in the cool pouring rain.

Bike Michiana for Hospice. This New Carlisle park sag sponsored by Moser's Austrian Cafe complete with Alpine horns and authentic food. All sags were restaurant sponsored. http://www.bikemichianaforhospice.org/sag-stops/

Gym, Circuit Class 1:00:00 [3]

Boot camp. Fun with friends. Felt ok. Not much sleep again. Drank extra coffee and pushed through.

Trail Running 1:20:00 [3] 6.9 mi (11:36 / mi)
ahr:134 max:151

Felt good to start but ran out of gas at about 5 miles. Suspect because I was hungry and not much sleep. Was excited to run in the light rain on this trail.
Encountered a guy in full rain gear pushing his bike, i said "Good morning" he groaned, " a bit wet". I'm sure he thought I was a crazy runner guy and hes telling someone right now about me.

Trail Running 1:15:00 [3] 7.0 mi (10:43 / mi)
ahr:137 max:165

Felt good. Was worried about right knee after a dog park incident last Sunday. It wasn't an issue.
Ran an old trail I hadn't in years. Nice change of scenery.
