"The road to hell is paved with the best intentions " Woke up not feeling well and tired. Slept a little longer. Got around slow. Finally made it to the meet at the cutoff. Started running good but ran out of energy at about 4 miles. Finally got to a flag that wasn't there because it had been picked up. Walked in to the finish.
IF (lol) I'd have gotten better sleep and it'd been a normal 72 instead of 92 I'd have felt better about today.....
