Green 4.8km with 12 controls
All good upto 7th control lost 1.5 minutes going wrong side of rhondendum bush.
Tiredness crept in from then onwards.
Mistake 9 to 10 and at control 2 mins
Mistake 10 to 11 - missed first track, mind really gone by now and ready to throw towel i. 2.5 mins
Conclusion - not fit enough for this relative short distance, when running at race pace.
