Stretching, abs, some legs, arms/shoulders at PF. Overhead press made the right shoulder get a little clicky again. Will take it easy for another week or so.
Stairs - Gym 30:00 [5]

Death by stairs. As hard as possible for as long as possible. I was drenched and gassed; barely made it to 30 minutes with some slower speed rest periods. So exhausted and light-headed that I scrapped plans for even the easiest bike ride afterwards.
