Road bike with Noah in tow at CVT. He wanted to get out and play at the turnaround. Might have to budget time for that in future rides.

Super exhausting run at Marsh Creek. Still tired from bike ride this morning, humidity and heat did me in. Has not been this hot for a workout in multiple weeks.

Training at Hickory Run for Nationals. Found it to be extremely challenging and wasn't mentally ready. I spent way too long looking for controls 1 and 4. Ended up meeting up with Bruce at 4 (who was on Red course) and finished the rest of the blue with him.
