Run at Cheslen on another warm afternoon. Trails were a little soggy like yesterday, but it was a beautiful day. Slight roll of the ankle, but hoping the soreness is gone in the morning. Also, run was rather sluggish because of the cupcake feast at school this morning...

Temp up into the low 50s, so a run at Cheslen. As always, overestimated what I could do. Some trails were sloppy, but overall it was a nice day and run.

Stretching, abs, some legs, arms/shoulders at PF. Overhead press made the right shoulder get a little clicky again. Will take it easy for another week or so.

Death by stairs. As hard as possible for as long as possible. I was drenched and gassed; barely made it to 30 minutes with some slower speed rest periods. So exhausted and light-headed that I scrapped plans for even the easiest bike ride afterwards.
