shoes: New Balance Vazee Summitt Trai

Orienteering at Hibernia. Wasn't as smooth as I'd like - controls were often less than two feet off of the ground, so I spent some time look around for them when I thought they would be more apparent. Had some issues with the map missing some large feature between 7 and 8. Overall, pretty happy for early season. Took a big fall after kicking a rock right before 16, left big toe is pretty sore.

Road bike on CVT. Super windy - rode out to KOP in 38 minutes, rode back in 54. Side stitch kept me from making any real headway into the wind; just tried to survive the ride back.

Slow and easy treadmill run at PF. First in a long time. Real focus was on keeping my soleuses from locking up. No real pain.
