First ride on the new kinda-smart trainer. Bike is a piece of junk and will need to be upgraded if this is to be a regular thing. Nice sweat though. Working on a way to track distance ridden.

Not too much time or energy, so a short simple workout.

No school due to impending snow storm, so I got out for a run early. Trails were frozen, so no mud at all but some rutty sections that caused two turned ankles. Beautiful morning at Harmony Hill, snow began falling during the run and the trails ended dusted in snow.

Ride from Exton Park to KOP on the CVT. Much colder than I expected, and the headwind on the way home was terrible. Was hoping to use this as a judge of fitness, but I'll need to wait for a less miserable day.
