Bike-Trainer 1:35:00 [4]

Hard, long, sweaty ride on the trainer

Orienteering 18:08 [5] 2.41 mi (7:31 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 2 (red)

Stupid severe weather.

I had on my calendar a bike to and from Wilson Farm Park for the Summer Sprint race there, but I wisely cancelled the bike. Instead, I drove out and arrived just in time to wait under the pavilion for 45 minutes as the heavens emptied onto the park. With a lull in the lightening and rain I took on the longer course (#2) first. Very smooth with only one mistake, as I misread my position and ran the long way around the pond between 7 and 8. Rain returned shortly after the start but it didn't really hinder my work.

Orienteering 8:49 [5] 1.24 mi (7:07 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 2 (red)

A very short break and I went back out onto the very short course #1. Nothing fancy here. Just beaten by Sam by 15 seconds - I blame it on the tired legs and tomato pie I had been eating.

Despite the terrible weather it was a really fun evening. A nice memory for those of us who braved the rain.

Bike-Trainer 50:00 [3]

In place of my ride surrounding orienteering, I took on a nice spin on the trainer at home.

Road Bike - with trailer 1:48:38 [3] 26.61 mi (4:05 / mi)

Memorial Day ride on the CVT with Rebekah and Noah. From Exton park to KOP and back. Beautiful day but getting a bit hot. Noah rode his strider bike around the park when we got back.

Mountain Bike 2:13:32 [4] 19.6 mi (6:49 / mi)

Ride at Marsh Creek. Perfect weather for riding. Fields were a bit overgrown, and some muddy patches on the singletrack. I felt great throughout the ride.

Thoughts from the Two Rivers are finished (and a little long...). Thanks for all of your work @abiperk and @broots!
