Ride from home to Harmony Hill. Cold, but I moved pretty well. Legs didn't have as much life as I was hoping.

First run in ages at Cheslen. Cold and windy, and got even more so as the sun began to set. Felt pretty good, but I know that my running could use quite a bit of work.

Not actually basketball, but dodgeball instead. This was my last session of our "Wellness Conference" at work. My bones will be a bit sore in the morning.

More spinning at home. Toe still hurts to the point that I don't want to run. Legs feeling surprisingly fresh still.

Still feeling pretty good in the legs. Orienteering gave me a pretty nasty cut on a toe that kept me from running today, but it wasn't in pain on the trainer.

Shoulders sore as soon as I began, but it got better as I went.
